Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Expedited Arbitration Rules.

(a) The appointing authority shall be Mgr. Pavol Trávnik, Zborovská 68, 150 00 Prague 5, Czechia.

(b) The place of arbitration shall be Zurich, Switzerland.

(c) The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

(d)  The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the procedural laws of Switzerland. Any issues concerning the conduct of the arbitration, including but not limited to the appointment of arbitrators, the powers, and duties of arbitrators, and the conduct of the arbitration process, shall be resolved in accordance with Swiss law, except as provided otherwise in the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

(e) All notices, documents, submissions, and communications in relation to the arbitration proceedings shall be exchanged by the parties and the arbitral tribunal by electronic mail info@arbitrust.org.

(f) The parties agree that the costs associated with the arbitration proceedings, specifically relating to the production and submission of documents (each page of A4 norm), shall be charged at a rate of 50 Euros per page. Each party is responsible for paying these costs incurred by them during the proceedings. However, the total amount to be paid by each party for such costs shall not exceed 2000 Euros. This cap is intended to encourage efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the management of the arbitration proceedings.
